Well the recovery continued today with a quiet day and only three bets including a rare football bet.
Marodima was like a 'Bat Out Of Hell' leading all the way and romping home, he certainly 'Took The Words Right Out Of My Mouth' with a 'Razors Edge' performance.
Hunterview was a real 'Deadringer' and he certainly 'Couldn't Have Said It Better' the way he won, leading from the front and there was 'Not A Dry Eye In The House' when he passed the lollipop well clear for my second winner in ten minutes!
I thought the script was written for Torrres to get the opening goal today against his old club, but he certainly was not a 'Man Of Steel' and was 'Going Knowhere Fast' before he was substituted in the second half, with the cheap shell suits winning the game by a goal to nil.
Going into a new week and after the misfortune of last week with bumper horse's falling, jockey's riding shocker's, horses with little nose's and slipped saddle's it is a minor miracle that i am actually still solvent never mind actually slightly ahead. The one thing i might have learnt is not to panic and persevere, the words swings and roundabouts come to mind, as they say patience is a virtue and everything comes to he who waits!
